- The first step.. Do not wash Al Morad rice because it is purified and washed.
- The second step.. Soak Al Morad rice so that it does not need a long time during cooking and to ripen well.. Soak it in hot water from 15 to 20 minutes before cooking.
- The third step.. Drain the rice after soaking well.. We leave it in the strainer for about 5 minutes, in order to preserve the shape and texture of each grain after boiling.
- The fourth step… We put the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat and put the chopped vegetables as desired with the Maggi and stir for five minutes in order to preserve the color of the vegetables and keep it fresh.
